2026 OUTDOOR Season

Please complete a separate registration form for each prospective athlete

Eligibility for new athletes: Only athletes who will be 8 or older by Dec 31, 2026 may register.

Eligibility for returning athletes: All current/returning Charles County Elite athletes whose accounts are in good standing may register.

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.

Charles County Intellectual Property Clause

Regarding intellectual property related to the workouts and drills designed by Nathaniel Muhammad, Head Trainer for Charles County Elite Track & Field Club:

Ownership: Nathaniel Muhammad retains full ownership of all intellectual property created during track practice sessions, warm-ups, and any other training activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Workout plans

• Drill designs

• Training materials

• Coaching techniques

Restrictions on Recording and Reproduction:

Parents, guardians, and any other attendees are expressly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any of Nathaniel Muhammad’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of the Head Trainer’s IP may result in legal action.

Confidentiality:

All training methods, strategies, and proprietary information shared by Nathaniel Muhammad are considered confidential.

Parents and guardians shall not disclose or share any of this confidential information with third parties.

Copyright Notice:

Nathaniel Muhammad asserts copyright over all workout plans, drill designs, and related materials.

Parents and guardians are notified that any infringement on this copyright will be subject to legal consequences.

Trademark Protection:

If applicable, any trademarks associated with Charles County Elite Track & Field Club (such as the team name, logo, or slogan) are protected.

Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Waiver of Claims:

By participating in track practice or attending track meets, parents and guardians acknowledge the risks involved and waive any claims against Nathaniel Muhammad or the club related to the use of intellectual property.

Other Disclaimers

I give Charles County Elite Track & Field Club permission to use any team-related photos, for team publicity.

I, the undersigned, being a parent or legal guardian of the applicant, do affirm that the applicant is physically able to perform activities conducted at practice and  track meets.

I hereby give  permission for the Charles County Elite Track  & Field  Club designees to perform any necessary medical procedures on the applicant, in the event of a sickness or injury.

I understand that, as a condition of admittance to the team, the undersigned on behalf of the applicant, will ensure that the applicant attends and competes at every track meet, as best as possible.

Also, if the applicant isn’t competing at Indoor Nationals or Outdoor Qualifiers, then their season concludes at the last practice before the last invitational meet.

Also, I hereby release Pamela Muhammad and all other agents and team designees of any, and all liability from injury or illness, mental or physical, suffered by the athlete during or related to the teams unless caused by the willful act or gross negligence of the person or entity against whom the claim is made. The Charles County Elite Track & Field Club does not

discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or disability in its programs, activities or any other practices
